Always have been getting help in a timely matter. The employees are always friendly. HVC team is helpful. Just follow directions they give you and it makes things go smooth. If you can't reach someone by phone I think email works great or go in person.
It is hard to actually talk to anyone. You always have to leave a message and they never get back to you
They don't accept screenshots as proof for anything here. So keep that in mind. And when you recertify keep in mind there is a 50 50 chance if you'll be recertified for the upcoming year. if you don't give sufficient information or documentation in time they restrict funds being paid for your rent tell you do what they want you to do
