I had always been impressed with Rumpke in the past, but when I asked them to pick up an old mattress and box springs they repeatedly left it on the curb. When I called to complain they split hairs about how the mattress was not wrapped well enough in plastic. When I asked if they ripped a hole in the plastic loading it next week if they would leave it on the road again I was told yes. Is this not a trash pick up service?! Very friendly
Office in Springfield is only open when they feel like coming to work....very undependable....if you payed your bill like they provide service....you would be dragged into court....very un professional
