I have been banking with these guys for over six years. I've never had any issues with them, never had any financial troubles with them. Within the last year i've barely used my account only to transfer money in and out. Even though it should not have been possible, my savings account went into the negative by seven dollars. They did not communicate, they did not reach out, they did not try to find any sort of resolution. Closed my account and sent me to collections for "non-payment." What an absolute disgrace. This isn’t just another random 1 star. This Credit Union needs to take a course on coding and technology for beginners. Their banking app is made from windows xp. It always needs an update, the stupid imbecile behind this app can’t ever push out 1 giant update that covers everything like others have said, their app is always glitching and I’ll get random events where my money isn’t transferring so I’m stuck at certain funds.
