DISPERSING A IRA WAS LIKE A SPACE SHUTTLE LAUNCH...PASSED AMONG NUMEROUS EMPLOYEES EVEN MANAGEMENT.., NOBODY KNOWS HOW, NOT A FAN.
I have used this branch several times to pick up a cashier’s check and the process is always so smooth. The tellers are friendly, an because it’s small, there’s a great personal feel to it.
Kind of annoying. I have to work with them frequently and the past few months there are issues with repeatedly asking questions that are already verified on the paperwork, forgetting to send receipts from deposits, lack of attention to what they are doing etc. despite no cars in the parking lot and me being the only one at the drive through. They don't pay attention to detail and I feel I get much better and more attentive service at AFCU & Golden West.
