Pricing was clear and easy to understand without any hidden fees. The team came in, discussed what needed to be done and put a plan together. They did an amazing job padding all of the furniture and protecting fragile items. I really appreciated that they were very careful not to hit walls or corners; especially when having to navigate down a narrow set of stairs and tight corners. Sadly I cannot leave a good review. The good: They were prompt and on time. Good communication. Eric was friendly and professional. The move supervisor was professional and friendly The bad. Oh boy. I am guessing they were a new crew. They scratched and ruined a freshly painted banister, railing and wall in the old house moving (This was was done for the new owners as part of the sale.) a large desk that should have been taken apart as there was not enough room to move the entire thing up the stairs. Wasatch Moving Company went above and beyond during our recent move! Eric and Juan F and the crew were absolute professionals—friendly, efficient, and incredibly careful with our belongings. I am so glad I decided to work with Wasatch Moving Company. From the start, their quote was honest, fair, and easy to understand what I would be charged for my move. The two gentlemen that facilitated my move were so polite, quick and friendly. It was such a pleasure to work with them. Also, I ran into an after service issue that Eric was so kind to try and lend a hand. Great people to work with. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Our experience with Wasatch Movers was Pleasant from start to finish. I have owned a Fine Art and Antique Moving Company in Chicago for the past 27 years. We often hire help when we have projects in other states, most of the time we are not happy…. NOT THIS TIME!
