I came in with a really sore torn rotator cuff injury. It had been hurting for over 3 months without abatement. Ryan treated me with a combination of movement, strengthening and manipulation of shoulder exercises over a span of 4 weeks. I’m now pain free (!) , and more importantly much more educated about my body and posture going forward. He’s given me the tools to keep my shoulders healthy, which always perplexed me before. He’s super knowledgable and gave me confidence that I was working with the best!
Came to Ryan for a broken collarbone he set me up with an exercise program that scaled with my recovery, targeted massage and stretching that had me back to every activity I wanted in less than half the time my surgeon suggested. Excellent service would recommend him to anyone for surgery recovery, chronic discomfort or any other physical therapy requirements. If you hurt go here.

I came to Ryan with upper back and TMJ issues from years of sitting at a computer all day for work and lack of a protocol to prevent it from developing. In less than 8 weeks, Ryan’s evidence based physical therapy provided me tremendous relief in both my upper back and jaw.
