The infuriating insistence on online access via SMS to a mobile phone of a onetime password is both authoritarian and timewasting. It assumes mobile reception in all areas, it assumes we all carry a mobile phone all the time, and demonstrates a narrow-minded stupidity of superior services of urban origin. I repeatedly have requested exclusion from this unwieldy system, and repeatedly have been assured that has occurred. WOW! Couldn't agree more! We started banking with WCU at least 25 years ago. We also moved across the country (NT) but stayed with WCU. We couldn't recommend the staff highly enough. We've had 4 house loans and 1 car loan. They have been so helpful, friendly, caring and constant.
