Never returned my initial call. I phoned back after several weeks of waiting and made an appointment, that later I had to cancel because of illness. I then rebooked, but only hours before the appointment Stuart phoned me to say he was not doing wills for a month. What? He specializes in estate planning but isn’t doing wills? Not impressed.
