I made an appointment his morning, for them to ring and cancel my appointment with out even trying to fit me in with someone else. Pretty pore form really considering I took the day off work and all.
Im pretty disappointed, they call themselves a Wellness centre but had no regards for my wellness when I rang to say that I had to cancel my appointment due to illness. I understand that they have policies in place and as I cancelled outside of their cancellation hours I had to pay the deposit, I dont have a problem with that, what I did have a problem with was how I was made to feel like an inconvenience and not once did the girl I spoke to ask how I was and that she hoped I was feeling better soon.
