We went into the Warrnambool store this afternoon with the intention of purchasing a dining table and chairs, buffet, and stools. Unfortunately, after asking a few questions, we felt quite disappointed with the customer service we received. Our questions were answered very abruptly, and staff were unwilling to provide pricing information, which ultimately led us to walk out and decide to purchase these items elsewhere.
