Brian helped us out with our personal income taxes. The firm was fine for the first year, however the second year he made a few errors then never explained them or rectified the situation. He did not respond to multiple emails or phone calls. We were left to go at it alone. I reached out again early this year, hoping to give him another chance to earn our business. Brian and his amazing team have been our accountants since he started.So many years I can't remember when we started with him. Brian, has helped us with several business through the years and makes sure our taxes are done properly! They are all so knowledgeable! Peggy does an awesome job of handling the payroll for my staff.
We have worked with Brian & Warrior for years. He's always been professional and did a fine job for us at a reasonable price.
Similar experience to another review. Brian seemed to just randomly decide to stop communicating with us. Really messed us up, too. Find someone who has time for you and is more professional. He might be good to other clients, but I wouldn’t want to take that gamble.
