Be careful if you go for a BBQ gas cylinder they charge you for the gas and the deposit is not a deposit it's a hire charge they charge you to hire the gas bottle but you do not get your money back when it's empty and you take the gas bottle back, sneaky little money earner ,from Warrington trailers and towbars on bewsey road.
I contacted Warrington Towbar & Trailer Centre via their official sales email (sales@warringtontrailercentre.co.uk) on the 16th of May to request a quote. Disappointingly, I never received a reply—not even a courtesy acknowledgment. For a business that relies on customer service and communication, this lack of response is unacceptable. I expected at least a simple confirmation or polite refusal, but was met with complete silence. Based on this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my towbar and trailer needs.
Big thanks to the guys for helping out at short notice. When I hitched up my caravan to take it for it's annual service, I found I have no electrics or lights. On checking the 13 pin socket on my car, some of the pins looked badly corroded. I rang around a couple of caravan centres but they were booked up for weeks. I ve asked them if they can fit the electric on a 2007 car!They told me that they can fit only on 2010 car onwards!So when I've asked if they don't know how to fit it,the guy told me to f.. off,literally.Incredible experience, I will pay them a visit aswell.Stay away from this place.
