Warrina Homes is an independent, South Australian, not-for-profit provider of Retirement Villages, Serviced Apartments and Residential Aged Care facilities in Adelaide. They focus on service excellence and compassionate person-centred care and my dealing with the entire Warrina Homes team has always been excellent.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent actions taken by your head office regarding the shared parking arrangement with the local medical centre. As a member of the community who relies on the medical centre for healthcare services, I am appalled by the decision to block off the parking bays and erect a large fence that blocks one of the entrances used by the shared businesses.
