Have used them twice and both times had extremely disappointing experiences should have learnt my lesson and avoided the budget option. one sliding door never had an end seal put on and doesn't sit flush when closed leaving a 1cm gap top and bottom. Now have had a 18 month old triple lock fly screen start only locking at the bottom and not at the top. Appalling customer service. After persistent emails and phone calls, the faulty curtains and blinds were eventually (reluctantly) replaced. After less than a year, the brackets for the blinds completely rusted. Again, after multiple emails, these were replaced, with the technician stating that they had received a 'faulty batch'. Now, these same brackets have completely rusted again within 12 months. This company now states that the product should not be used 'near the coast'. We recently had plantation shutters installed throughout our house. Warrigal have been great with communication, on time delivery and installation and they even noticed some small damage that we didn't see - and arranged it's replacement asap - would definitely recommend them
