I have a full house of Warrigal remote control blinds and the service and product has always been 5 star from start to finish. Recently I needed a specific job done and the professionalism to get it done for me was simply astounding. Thank you to all the team at Warrigal blinds I've never been unhappy and now I'm ecstatic! THIS IS A LEGITIMATE REVIEW. PLEASE IGNORE WARRIGAL BLINDS RESPONSE. The reason why there was no record of the visit was because they didn't visit. Didn't show up. Didn't contact us to say they weren't coming. I emailed them on the afternoon they were meant to come & I'm still waiting for a response. Zero stars! Don't show up & don't contact you to say they're not coming. I've changed my work schedule & lost two & a half hours of work to accommodate Warrigal. Local Wollongong companies are useless. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service, paid for motorised blinds they have been back 3 times still one not working, the blinds have fallen apart at the bottom not glued in - no response ... Spent over $10k and not worth a penny be warned not a good company to do business with. Still waiting for call back about rescheduling their cancelled appointment.
We used Warrigal blinds to fix a front security door which I measured incorrectly from a Sydney company . Even though it was not their product , they amazingly rectified the door I. Was blown away by the 5 star service and hospitality Big shout out to Brad , the owner for good old fashioned custome service
