There are other group homes to work for. Seriously only job that I regret.
If your going to work here!!! It’s not worth it managers are rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.they will tell u that you can’t leave consumers in rooms unattended but do it all the time. One of the elder workers are racist said the n word in the hallway about a consumer. Just disgusting. The people here stay getting covid multiple consumer have gotten covid and they don’t tell u knowing you’ve been around them cuz they are understaffed
