It's a tax collector....how nice can it be.
Actually, prior writer, it can be very nice. I've dealt with many governmental officials, in Warren and elsewhere, and those in Warren are at the top of the list. The current tax collector, Heather Personnatti, is a delight to work with, as were her predecessors (most recently Marcia Schultz and before Marcia, another whose name I believe was Carolyn).
