We worked with Dallin Higham with estate planning and he did such a great job that he’s our lawyer for personal and business matters! Dallin Higham is the worst lawyer that I have ever known. He and his assistant "accidentally" charged my boyfriend $3000 and have done an incredible job of ghosting us and wasting our time. We have paid them their fees promptly. I cannot believe that Dallin Higham can call himself a lawyer. We signed documents accepting a settlement 6 months ago and are still waiting! I utilized their services for purchasing my home as you need a lawyer for the title transfer. I bought my home 2 years ago. Just today Bianca Fletcher, my lawyers assistant, just finally sent me there report of the title transfer. I paid them a hefty fee for their services and I received an apology email saying we are sorry about our oversight. It’s two years late. That’s absolutely unacceptable for a lawyers firm.
