Professional and helpful
Rude and incompetent. I would give 0 if I could. Went in to Notarize a Digital Document, or a "Notarized Declaration". Firstly, he never heard of the process, even though I had it completed at Snell Hardy Jones previously. Secondly, tried to make the argument that he couldn't verify the email came to me because I didn't have my computer there, even though it was sent to a cloud based platform (gmail). Glad we didn't try to hire him for something important. Don't waste your time...
