My husband went into warren heath happy cheerful and healthy. This was for 1 week restbite. When I collected him I didn't even recognise him. He was slumped in his wheelchair just grunting. Got him home and needed to call in doctors. He had a pressure sore on his bottom and a gash on his leg which I knew nothing about needing district nurses twice weekly for months. After being physically fit when he left us, he was dead within just over a month of being placed here. Rushed to hopsital completely dehydrated and malnourished. Had other residents items given to us and haven't had all of his items returned. No words.
