useless, lazy and rude. there’s about 2 helpful clerks at all times and the rest of the time they’re rude and unhelpful.
One doesn't usually refer to paying taxes as "pleasant" - but this office does a REALLY GOOD job of making it pleasant to do business with them! We went during the lunch rush, and there was a line, but it moved super fast. The employee who waited on us was helpful and friendly. This place is a great example of a well-run government office.
