A lot of unprofessional people at this place I went there to renew my tag and the officers was outside yelling at everyone I was trying to ask questions about get my tag had different people telling me something different , no one can go in to purchase a tag.
Shelly and the supervisor are rude and liars. They had me running in circles to get tags and tried to refuse my information after two days! They want new residents in this town then have what's called Southern Hospitality. Funny thing is they do not get I was born here in Vicksburg. I wouldn't recommend anyone to iz out of state to work with these people. Rude and incompetent.
Our ticket had 8:51 on it we set for 3 hrs and then it was about to be our turn but they closed for lunch and made us come back and the we had to get new numbers that's not fair at all and the place is to small not enough chairs for everyone this needs a lot of improvement
