This is based on a phone call, not a physical visit, just FYI. I called regarding someone who was arrested for burglary to ask about something they stole from me in order to try and see if they could be charged for that while in custody. They directed me to an automated voicemail system, but I didn't have the information they asked for handy at the time, yet the one I spoke to prior to that went ahead and looked up my case with the local police to get the information herself and called me back.
