I wouldn't recommend this facility for your loved ones. My relative was there for four weeks for rehab, which is long by Medicare guidelines. We received notification that Medicare was ended, and the patient needed to be discharged Jeanette called me and provided a phone number and said there was nothing she could do to help. Wanted to let you know that the PT staff at Warren Barr is very good. They encourage the residents to push themselves so they can recover quickly. They are friendly and patient. We appreciate them.
Our social worker Jeanette Davis is excellent. She always listens to our concerns and addresses them. She is friendly and knowledgeable - we are happy she working with us.
