My mother was a resident on 6th floor for almost 8 years. This facility had much better values before it was acquired by Warren Barr. They did a very nice remodeling of the facility, but it became so impersonal, so uncaring after acquisition. Mostly temp stuff, changing all the time, you don’t know what to expect anymore. They keep all residents in a cafeteria all day in front of the TV, regardless of their personal needs.
