Long story short and not get overly personal. I cannot say enough good things about my experience dealing with Brian Scheid, Owned a house with my ex girlfriend. When I was out of state working. She broke up and tried to set me up to look like the bad guy if I came back. I hired Mr Scheid right away instead of being pulled into drama. I stayed out of state and he did the work, I didn't even have to go to court and he got me complete ownership of house back .
Brian T was never my advocate. He changed and accepted agreements without my consent. He'd rather discuss my case with my parents than with me. In the court room his lack of hearing missed critical testimony, the lack of objections cost me big time; when i discreetly alerted him of the inaccuracies he promptly told me to "shut up." He was always generally dismissive of me. Do yourself a favor and avoid Brian Sr if you're under 60 or have anything remotely complicated. Time to retire.
