Be wary of Werners Stellian's rebate debit card. At time of purchase they offer online debit card rebates, not one but two or three. You have to file complex online information including serial number and other details for each rebate. If you ever receive a debit card it is at least a six week wait and then the card will often decline. It is reminiscent of the old shell game. An honest retailer would just offer the lower price at time of purchase. Why go through the complicated online rebate process?

Terrible repair service. Multiple months and visits to repair simple water valve in refrigerator. After buying 4 different appliances from Warners Stellian, I Will no longer be buying from them. Service department has no care or concern to follow their "iron clad" warranty and serve the customer.

Have always had very good experiences with Warner's Stellian, but that changed with the last time we made a purchase. Sale Staff was good. Transaction was smooth. However, item was received damaged. I was told that they would replace the damaged part and showed me that they had communicated with the Repair Department to that effect. We made the decision to accept the product, though damaged, with the promise of a repair. We bought a refrigerator in the last 2 years and the factory warranty was in effect. The problem was with the ice maker quit making ice. I called and they sent a tech out to check it out. He replaced a functioning solenoid with a new one but forgot to tighten the water line into the solenoid. We had water all over the kitchen floor as well as the area in basement where we had boxes and other items that got wet. We sent pictures to them, and they just blew us off. 0 stars for dismal, pathetic, illogical service program. I have no complaints about the fact my dishwasher broke. You first have to order and pay for your parts which takes at least 5 business days for the expected fix. If fix doesn't work, back to the queue you go to reorder/pay for your parts. Been waiting nearly 6 weeks for my dishwasher to actually be repaired. No end in sight yet I have paid for fix.

Ordered a laundry drier and responded to their questions to make sure the model number was correct. After waiting over 2 weeks and hanging clothes to dry in our bathroom, called and found out they never completed our order. DO NOT USE this business.

If I could give their repair warranty etc. spent 250 for the so called iron clad covers 5 years. Their repair man the only one that services Des Moines area took a huge dump in bathroom went through medicine cabinet and broke refrigerator and now they have No one to send and won’t give me back 250 I paid to use towards a plumber. NEVER buy from them!!!!!

We have been waiting over 6 weeks to get fridge repaired, purchased iron clad warranty that states if they cannot fix it, they will replace it, NOT!! Have appealed to so many people, and corporate repair person is not helpful at all, but passed buck to LG rep for review and replacement since their warranty turned us down! Do not purchase warranty or anything else from Warner Stellian! This has been such stressful situation, and they do not care about their customers!!

DO NOT BIY ANYTHING FROM WARNER STELLIAN! Less than 3 year old LG fridge died, going on 6th week to get fixed or replaced. Purchased warranty, but not helping. Horrible customer service and no resolution.
