Was a great family ran company. Cared about employees, was ideal for a family man. Now everything is micro managed. They have shutdown 2 locations and are firing half the workforce at others. I was fired with no warning, never had a accident, worked all over time required. Idk their plans for the future but it don't look good for the workers who run the plant.
