I sought immigration advice but was provided with misleading and improper guidance that caused significant stress and inconvenience. I needed documents notarized for an Apostille, and when I submitted the documents to the Department of Foreign Affairs, they informed me that the notary was done improperly and the documents cannot be accepted due to missing signatures from the notary. When I called Warna legal to get get the pages that were missing a signature signed, they refused to help. Now I have to get a new document set prepared and renotarized.
