Ridiculously incompetent. Sent a detailed brief for a complex case ahead of the initial "screening" consultation. They did not bother to even skim it or familiarize with the case, wasting my time and theirs. Had to explain everything from scratch on the call to an inattentive and inexperienced attorney who would rather waffle than say "I don't know." Disrespectful of your intelligence. Had to teach them the relevant injunctions and cases on the call. Would not recommend for international students.
This is a late review but I just returned from my first international trip since receiving my green card. Everything weny smoothly. They were thorough with their process and tried to be as timely as possible. Thankful to have Ware Immigration along this journey!
