This place sucks. They keep spamming me all the time with SMS, even after I have asked them several times to remove me from their mail and SMS list as I am not interested. They keep sending. I am not buying anything from here even if they come for free. They are hopeless.

We went to look at some sofas, chairs and tv units. Although the range was quite large and varied, it was slightly unorganised and difficult to find the products we were looking for. There was the promotion on that day for winning a chair so I expect it was busier than usual it was very difficult to get help. That being said when we did the staff were lovely and tried their best. Unfortunately the product we were looking for wasn’t on display, so we couldn’t make an informed decision on whether it would work in our space.

Just visited the store; the receptionist stated they are CLOSED. On google it’s coming up as Open and will close at 3pm. Politely asked; how about the online order? Can we arrange pick up? Stated their website is also closed. Refused to even let us have a quick look at the bed I wanted to buy. Total waste of time.

Really happy with the homewares I bought for the new apartment, will definitely be back for a lounge suite once we are ready! Excellent prices and no issues with quality from what we saw in the showroom one weekend.

My honest opinion, I have brought two sets of lounges from this place...both lounges were poor quality, when I looked inside the lounges, everything is held together with tiny staples, they are not made to last. They fall apart within just a few months. Because of the way they make them. It sucks, it's $$$ gone down the drain. There was no warranty for either lounge set. I would be very selective with what you buy from here, it's all very quick sale but not good quality.
