WDC is terrible at follow up. We ordered a dishwasher and a Washer and Dryer. Both got delayed in shipping. The followup was non-existent. We ended up canceling the dishwasher and have not been able to get a refund. This company doesn't care about it's customers - they only care about making the sale and will say and do anything to make the sale. Marty was our con-man sales person that seemed so great at first. I am writing this review because I want other consumers to be aware of the horrific service at Warehouse Discount Center. I ordered high end appliances and paid in full, I was treated very well during this process as they are taking my money. After that we cannot get a returned call, my husband had to go in person to get the spec sheet for our hood as no one would return our calls. I am writing this long review in order to bring awareness to any potential buyer through our personal experience. Please do our self a big favor and stay away from Warehouse Discount Center (Agoura hills location. Maya *** we purchased a set of Thermador appliances from this business for about $18,000. we did the installation through the store's recommended installer and paid for that as well (around $1800 extra) right after installation we had many issues with the range transmitting unbearable amount of heat that melted our... read more
Very Bad experience. Bought new dishwasher 3 days ago. Dish washer leaked on to new hard wood floors . Called Plumber to check installation all was good. Called Kitchen aid factory tech who upon inspection found inside of dishwasher was dented preventing door from sealing. Top rack also fell out. Called WDC many times , on hold 15 minutes on average each time. Get promised a call back from Manager never happens.
