An initial positive sale experience, followed by a nightmare warranty claim. Faulty/inferior product, appalling response, aggressive denial.
We travelled from Collie to pick out a new lounge. After sitting on a few, we picked one out. Noticed the display model was cheaper, but then decided after arranging someone to pick up and deliver that the boxed one would be easier so said we would buy that at full price. That way the staff didnt have to open and set up another too. The person working stated how tedious that is to have to do.
