Amazing service from both the front desk as well as handling the couch that we purchased. All employees went above and beyond to help us and the whole experience was pleasant, easy and enjoyable!
We stumbled upon furniture direct warehouse online and came in the next day to look for a couch. Dusco the delivery driver greeted us and provided amazing customer service. He made sure the couch was safely transported and was very cordial throughout the day. Thank you Dusco for making it a smooth and easy operation!
Poor quality poor customer assistance We bought a three and a half thousand dollar lounge with recliners, the pull cord for one of the recliners we replaced at least half a dozen times but the main issue is the couch began to peel in only just over 12 months of age. We approached the store on multiple occasions but because the lounge was only covered for 12 months warranty and only just out of its warranty date they washed their hands of it! Yes it is a warehouse so no fancy showroom but the prices really are discount and the service is great too. I bought a lovely pine tallboy which came fully constructed. They delivered it to my home on the day I had requested, phoned me first to let me know when they were arriving and asked if that time was suitable and then arrived when they said they would and put the piece into the place I wanted it. Much cheaper than i could find anywhere else and I didn't have to build it myself!
