Poor service. Delivery men refused to deliver to room on 1st floor as they get fined for damage. Then refused a refund.
My wife and I visited this establishment while researching garden furniture, and having read some of the reviews we went with some trepidation as to what we might find and the service we would receive. All I can say is I don't understand where the people who posted such negative reviews went as I can only provide a positive one. Excellent customer service. Bought a corner rattan sofa 18 months ago and the clips on the table had broken. Emailed oasis and they sent out new clips without any questions asked.
Tricky... went in looking for a modern dining table and chairs set, found one but for me, it was damaged to an extent where it wasn't worth the price being asked (but I'm sure there's a buyer out there who would be happy to pay the money being asked). Lots of outside furniture on offer and a lot of it looked really good, just wasn't what we were after.
