Excellent customer service. Bought a corner rattan sofa 18 months ago and the clips on the table had broken. Emailed oasis and they sent out new clips without any questions asked.
Tricky... went in looking for a modern dining table and chairs set, found one but for me, it was damaged to an extent where it wasn't worth the price being asked (but I'm sure there's a buyer out there who would be happy to pay the money being asked). Lots of outside furniture on offer and a lot of it looked really good, just wasn't what we were after.
Lots of large and xl sets, priced similar to everywhere else. Not much for 4 people.
Just bought some garden furniture from here after looking round for ages. Found a really great deal on their best selling set. Probably cos it’s very well made. John who sold it to us was smashing, very helpful. I don’t often do reviews cos everyone wants one but took the time to. If it doesn’t arrive, i’ll be back!
