We have ordered many custom pieces from Park Road and have always received 5 star service. Service aside, the product is beautiful and we will continue work with Chris and Wes on future projects. I highly recommend Park Road Furniture to anyone who appreciates beautiful, well crafted custom furniture and home decor. Our latest project is not complete so I am unable post images, but I will once finished.

Extremely rude and unprofessional environment. They pick and choose who they allow to shop at their store. More interested in phones rather than help customers. Disappointing. Update: this morning I noticed a reply on my comment. I wasn’t in your store on November 23. The lack of attention to details doesn’t surprise me, considering what I experienced. This also confirms my suspicions that I’m not the only customer who has experienced subpar service.
