Whoever the female is that answers the phone is extremely rude. She has NO manners at all. Whoever you are YOU should be ashamed of yourself and maybe consider another job
I've called this place two times in the past year with a transferring student, both times I've got ms Tatum and her underpar attitude. I pray God softens her heart and she has warmth to give to the public, you never know who is on the other line
