Weird I have the same issue as the previous 2 low reviews. I ordered 3 windows and paid for them in full. Waited 7 weeks for them to come in and he only ordered 2 of the 3 windows. Told me he would expedite the last window for me. It’s now been 6 weeks waiting for the last window while I sit on not being paid the last 4k for this job due to not having the last window. Very dishonest and sneaky. We had a deck installed and the contractor ordered the wrong color decking. He quickly called and the correct color was delivered and installed. When my contractor called for his final bill with Ware Butler he realized that there was a difference in price for the decking that he was never informed about. When he called about it they told him it was his responsibility to check the price difference not for them to inform him. It was a 2500 dollar difference yet they never thought to tell him.
