We were not as fortunate as others. We were charged an unusually high fee and then turned over to another counsel who was unprepared to represent us. There was no passion for what my son was going through. I believe it was realized what we were fighting once in court, but it was too late by then. We were totally disappointed. Although they came back to submit the appeal...we calculated hours spent, and it was not nearly enough.
