Mike Trebour is a horrible service center manager and has no knowledge on recruiting. I have tried contacting him for over a month about a truck driving position that is open at this terminal and every time I speak to him, he has given me the run around. He recently said to me that I should apply for another job because he didn't like the attitude I had. Maybe I wouldn't have one if I didn't have to call 6 separate times, for you to say you have no idea what the status of my application is!
Ward trucking wouldn’t deliver to my disabled father… For Insurance purposes they could only leave the delivery at the end of the driveway, not deliver 30 more feet into the garage.
ZERO STARS….HORRIBLE SERVICE… PLEASE STAY AWAY from them. The delivery guys are super rude. I guess due to excessive workload by this company. They assign 20 deliveries to a single guy in a day that too heavy 5000lb items. It’s difficult for one guy to handle and they take out anger at customers and become rude to them I wish Google had Option of Zero Stars
they work with freight connections on pickups, which in my opinion is garbage. picked up last Thursday and still don't have the pro# after exactly one week. I'll not be using Ward for the next 10 years.
