I am completely disappointed in the service we have gotten from Ward and Taylor. The appointment for Jun-28 at 6PM, which was ridiculous, moved up to Jun 26, a date that was inconvenient and for which Ward and Taylor was completely unprepared. We are now hearing Jul-1. I am 100% not confident in their ability to meet that date. They have not done anything to prepare for closing, have not been in touch and you can tell they could care less about our closing.
