300 dollar bill for a month dont use much water for tea shower and washer thats it
If I could give a 0 star review I would. Ward water is the absolute WORST water company in the state. The information they have labeled as a “reconnect fee” of $25 on our bill still applies despite our water services still being connected and me trying to pay our bill. The office ladies are the most unhelpful woman I have encountered. I asked why I had to pay a reconnect fee even though our water had not been disconnected and was told our account had been “locked off”. I have lived in Cabot for 38 years and I have Ward Water. Out of all these years there have been very few problems. When they had to come to my home, it never long for them to get here. The people are nice when I call so I am giving them 5 stars.
My bill is on autopay but today for some reason they disconnected my water! No email or letter in the mail! Let’s not mention my water bill also being $290!! It should be illegal for them to charge that much!
The worst water company ever, outrageous water bill, how is water higher than electricity? I’m pretty sure I don’t use that much water! If you’re looking to move to ward, don’t move here! As soon as I find a new place to live I’m outta here!
