Great service go there every year for my tax
My husband and I have been coming to Wards for over 10 years now. Excellent service
Poor administration and service, last week I booked an appointment to have my tax completed and previous years adjusted for a back payment. They rang on the day stating they couldn't complete the return's due to the 'complexities', a complete waste of my time waiting for the appointment just to be let down. They provided no recommendation for another qualified provider who was a 'specialist' no any guidance forwards.
