Rude and disrespectful. Told by a home retention program to file for chapter 13 myself. I filed but was too late. Was instructed by previous company to ask advise from an actual attorney what direction to take. The person on the phone with Ward Law was very condescending and cut me off and refused to even let me finish before telling me this conversation is over and ended the call. Not even a touch of human consideration.
I originally began my bankruptcy with another lawyer. Deciding this time to call around, I was impressed that I was immediately able to talk to the lawyer and have all my questions answered on the spot. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision or to set up an appointment, which I liked, in contrast to the last lawyer I had. I was very happy with the services and would highly recommend this firm.
