Went to Shannon for a hearing test. She's smart, kind, patient, taught me so much without making me feel dumb. No sales pressure which was nice. Was great to understand where my hearing was at. Would highly recommend to other folks.
Exceptional service and commitment to providing their clients the best hearing possible! Brian is a very kind and helpful man, and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to hearing aids- and everything to do with hearing loss for that matter. Prices on hearing aids where also lower than other hearing aid providers that we received quotes from. My Grandma has stuck with Brian for many years now, and has no plans to change that anytime soon. He has been able to help were many others have been unable. I highly recommend!
Every couple of years my ear blocks with wax, before I had a doctor in Fergus I came here to to clear my ears, solved. Now years later my doctors office tried to clear my ear it failed, I tried it at home again, still blocked. I came to Ward Hearing and my hearing was fully restored! Thank you!!
