Good. Service. However they need to reform their return/exchange policy. We bought a recliner on a Saturday. Was delivered to us the next Tuesday. My wife who is disabled, tried it out at home that night and needed to exchange for another due to worse back pain. Went back and found a more comfortable chair for her. Brought it out the same day, delivered and exchanged for original. All that was good, but we were greeted with a $700+ restocking fee! Even though we bought a replacement from them!
