Ward Bros is a remarkable store ! Furniture and carpets range from ultra modern to traditional, all of highest quality. This is a genuine family firm with service to match. From the Manager down staff are attentive [ when required] informative, knowledge and patient! We have been customers decades and after sales service is unmatched. You can Not do better !

I was waiting for delivery of my new furniture, I was contacted to say the supplier was going into receivership. Ward brothers were really good. Whilst I was disappointed, this was outside their control. I was given options and decided to go with the new supplier suggested. The new furniture was price matched. Although I have to wait longer the service was great.
I came into ward brother last Monday (18/8) to have a look at some carpets for my new home, a handy and helpful chap called Tom Firth showed me a few samples and within 5 days my old carpets had been pulled up and removed and my three new carpets laid, all for a lower price than a quote I received for just one room. Tom was not only help in the shop but was also supportive with help and information throughout the week whenever I needed anything.
