We worked twice with Deanna and she's been outstanding. Very on-top of everything, communicative, and doesn't miss a beat. Great experience both times.
Zero stars if I could. No issue with the lawyers but the customer service is terrible, specifically Barb. Extremely rude and strangely aggressive right at the beginning of the call. Argued over me so didn’t even understand my original question. And apparently it’s common practice at an esteemed law firm to slam the phone on the receiver while I was mid sentence. Truly appalled.
