First the bad reviews here are nuts. They are irrelevant and Google should remove them. Personally, I think the hourly for ALL lawyers is insane, but relatively these folks are reasonable and don't waste time. I don't like that I always have to leave messages, but staffing is tough for all businesses and more staff means clients will pay more. I have worked with all of the lawyers in this firm and Nigel. I was looking for a lawyer so the VT Bar assigned me Ward law. At first, Ward law did not return calls. After several calls, they finally returned my call. Per the VT bar they were to give me 30 minutes of legal advice for $25 for the initial client contact. Nigel spent the entire 30 minutes describing why I need to pay every time a Lawyer breaths.
