Warby Parker in Winter Park Fl was a great experience. I had my own prescription however they assisted me with finding the perfect frames for my face. Suggested best styles for my face. Clean store, convenient to home and greeted me right away without appointment! I can't wait for my new glasses to get here!
I was disappointed with my experience at Warby Parker. The entire interaction felt rushed and much more sales-driven than customer-focused. Buying prescription glasses is a significant decision, especially when you’re spending around $300 on something you’ll wear every day for the next two years.
