Great attention and customer service despite many other shoppers in store. Information about lens types and coatings explained clearly to help make best decisions for me. Such reasonable pricing that the total cost of my glasses is what I would have been paying just for frames elsewhere. Will definitely be a return customer and recommend WP to others!
The experience that I had was wonderful they were very kind and patient people at Warby Parker. They let you look and search until you find the right look the right style the right color and they have a very large section of glasses to choose from so that’s definitely a plus so I recommend going and trying, and the doctor there was super friendly and kind as she actually remembered me so that made me feel nice too that she took the time to remember me so I would suggest go and try them out and the prices weren’t bad at all s... read more
My first visit to Warby Parker was outstanding. The whole process was incredibly fast, but completely comprehensive. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy, modern, non invasive eye exam by a caring, skilled and professional Optometrist. I definitely recommend this Winter Park location. Sales representative on site intentionally falsified the cost of products by adding upgrades I did not ask for and he did not communicate. The difference between what I was told for what I asked for when compared to the Warby Parker app was ~$200. When I asked about the price he said “that’s just what it is now. “
