Great expérience at Warby Parker Westfield as per normal. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who made the who Process easy and enjoyable! Love the frame sélection and asistance from staff to pick the best fit. Highly recommend.
My exam and purchasing of new glasses was excellent. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Though my appointment was scheduled for 2:35 I got an email saying it was scheduled for 8:35 am when the store isn't open. I assumed it was spam and I ignored it but when I arrived they had the same error but still managed to fit me in. I was greatful.

I have no words--Warby Parker in Westfield is amazing. My son (by accident) broke my glasses in 2 and they laughed about it, were so friendly, and fixed it right away free of charge. The same week, my back up glasses broke and it was the same Saturday staff, and they went above and beyond finding new lenses to fit the frames.
