Very nice service. Nicole and Natalie were very helpful getting my new glasses just right. Had a terrible experience in the Short Hills store. Westfield store was very professional. Highly recommend.
This was my first time ever in Warby Parker and the ecperience was perfect! I needed to replace my current glasses with another pair as close to these in appearance as possible and Nicole did a great job helping me find them, as well as a second pair for prescription sunglasses. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is friendly and knoweldgeable. I've been wearing glasses since I was 11 and don't see a need to buy elsewhere.
A friend recommended Warby Parker and I'm glad I stopped in. I was greeted by Collin immediately and helped me purchase my glasses. I knew what I wanted and he was able to help. The pair I came in for was not right for my face frame and I'm glad that Collin was able to tell me this and found the perfect frames. I am satisfied with my purchase! I was in and out less than 30 minutes. I plan on coming back for contacts!
The team at Warby Parket Westfield is amazing! They are patient, understanding, and professional. They took their time to get me comfortable with my lenses and I would gladly recommend them to everyone!
Friendly staff, so helpful. Walked in and had my glasses repaired and they look brand new again!
