The staff was super friendly and honest, I appreciate the kindness and care they showed to me and my glasses that needed adjustment. I’m excited to see my new pair come in too, I wish success with the team and SCAD student that helped me that day :3
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while picking out frames. The doctor was friendly, punctual, and took time to answer questions.
I walked in with a pair of glasses that weren't even from Warby's. They extracted a broken screw and gave my glasses a tune up absolutely free! Amazing customer service. I'll get my next pair of glasses at Warby Parker!
Good selection, good staff, process was quick and easy, I forgot about insurance until I was asked, saved $100, price was still very reasonable and the best part for me is that my glasses will be mailed to me. Parking in Savannah is difficult!!
