I recently took my daughter to Warby Parker in downtown Savannah to get a new pair of glasses, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and the service was quick and efficient. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eyewear and excellent customer service.
I originally selected this location soley because there was a Saturday appointment available. I also saw the doctor had very good reviews online. Overall, it was a great experience! The eye doctor was extremely nice and the exam was thorough. The sales team was helpful and pleasant as I chose my new glasses. I will definitely return here for my eye exam next year.
