Staff was super warm and friendly. Although there was trouble with my insurance (on my end because I didn't pay for vision) the staff still tried to find other ways to see if we could get the eye test covered. I already knew going in I was going to pay out of pocket, but I appreciated their willingness to keep trying to help me out. The Optometrist who conducted my eye test was so sweet and knowledgeable.
