Came to the mall to get Jins eyeglasses and left with Warby Parker eyeglasses. Amazing customer service that completely exceeded expectations. 3 of the staff helped us at various times during our visit. Each one was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I usually maul over buying before I make a decision, but they made it so easy I pulled the trigger.
Such helpful staff here! They’re knowledgeable & extremely kind. Dr. Tracy Nguyen is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a long time customer & every location is absolutely amazing.
Great experience. Staff very professional and accommodating. Thank you
